Hey Friends! As a mama of two and anyone for that matter, self-care should be number one! We can't take care of anyone if we don't take care of ourselves first! So today I wanted to share my night time self-care routine. I usually do this on Sundays after I put the kids to bed! Sunday is a big cleaning day for me and I love to end it with some time for myself. It's a perfect way to end the day and feel refreshed in the morning!
So here is what I do and I hope that it inspires you to take some time for yourself!
❤ 7 P M I lay the kids down to bed
❤ 7:30 I then tidy up the house a bit from a full day of playing
❤ 8 P M I wash my face, put on a face mask and take a bath, I love to listen to music or podcasts during this time too!
❤ 8:45 I give myself a manicure and pedicure
❤ 9 P M I catch up on my favorite shows and scroll Pinterest
❤ 10 P M I head into bed for the night
